It's great to encounter an honourable tradie! Mahen told me that he couldn't guarantee a thorough clean of a very old cassette unit, so we elected to replace it. He then cleaned several split systems but declined to clean the newst one as it didn't require it. He only performed the work required, without overservicing. Very friendly & informative & tidy.
