My love for the Tweed Coast started at a very young age. Growing up in Brisbane I was fortunate enough to spend all my school holiday’s with my grandmother who lived in Tugun. It was due to these family memories that I relocated to the Gold Coast region and have been happily established locally for the past 45 years; the past 20 years of these being in Terranora, a town located on the northern boundary of the New South Wales border. Both myself and my wife Val have very strong ties to our local community and are most known for our involvement with the local Twin Towns Triathlon Club as members for over 25 years. Actively competing and a member of the Committee I was the Treasurer for over 20 years. Val’s enthusiasm to be involved saw her spend time as the Club President and a long time committee member. We both love the sporting life and absolutely love the Tweed Coast as it offers everything from the bush to the beach!
