The particular franchisee for Brisbane South and East is arrogant and hopeless. His guy broke my air con a few years ago and denied it. The franchisee has never apologised. I had nothing to do with him after that but yet he sent me advertising SMSs again, suddenly, in winter this year when it was quiet and he needed jobs for income. So I contacted him to see what he had to offer but he just played SMSs back and forth game. Don't go to this place. There are a lot of other good, genuine operators around.

Matt from sanitair Aircon cleaning really goes above and beyond. Matt is very knowledgeable in his field and has guided me on the how to when it comes to maintaining my air con. I can't believe how much cleaner it is and what was in the back where we couldn't see or reach. Highly recommend Matt. Such a great job. Proffessional and on time. Left absolutely no mess at all. So impressed with the service from Rob from Sanitair Tas South. We're rural so needed to tie in with some other services in same area, but no problem. Rob was spot on time and great to deal with. Our Daikin had never had a proper service and we can't believe what a difference it has made! The unit was higher than normal and also suffered from 20 years of smoke contamination (no smoking for 2 years now, but damage done) and he was upfront about $20 extra because of height and contamination. Rob and his offsider were so easy to deal with, friendly and good advice about settings as well. The difference is just incredible, it's so quiet and much more efficient. Highly recommend Sanitair Tasmania South. Really really impressed.
