Brian was prompt to our request. Due to a late cancellation we got our service the very next day. He is very polite and explained the issues and what was needed and price upfront. Thanks to Brian our Aircon is now back to normal with increased airflow and much healthier. Job was great, quick, tidy and a fair price for a great job. Very professional, friendly and easy process from start to finish. Prompt response to my booking enquiry with quotes for a flexible range of air con cleaning options. Appointment was then booked within the week at our convenience (others weren't available for months) with a reminder the day before. Technician Jonah arrived right on time and was extremely accommodating and efficient.
