Sanitair Australia’s CEO holds Qualifications in HVAC and Engineering and is a Member of AIRAH (the Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating). Craig has a Masters Degree in Business from Southern Cross University, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, Affiliate Member of The Australian Marketing Institute and is a Certified Master Coach of the ICC (International Coaching Council).
A multiple business award winner, Craig’s vast business and coaching experience together with his education not only guide the day to day operations but the overall strategic direction of Sanitair. Craig heads up a talented team that are all committed to ensuring the continued delivery of Sanitair’s Award-winning HVAC Hygiene services and outstanding customer service.
For over 25 years Craig has been passionate about improving indoor air quality and educating the public and private sectors to the dangers of microbiological contamination in HVAC systems with a focus on packaged split systems which was largely being ignored by the industry. Craig is personally involved in the education and training of every Sanitair technician.
Dr Neck joined Sanitair in July 2019 as a non executive board member whilst also holding the position of adjunct professor of the School of Health and Human Sciences and the School of Law and Justice at Southern Cross University.
Dr Necks previous engagements have included Company Psychologist for the Shell Group of Companies in Australia. Secondment to The World Bank IBRD and IFC. Chief of Entrepreneurship and Management Development Branch – United Nations ILO Geneva and consultant to the World Health Organisation. When time permits Dr Neck also continues his role as visiting professor for universities in Poland, Thailand and Malaysia as well as Doctoral Thesis Examiner for many Australian Universities.
Dr Neck now shares his vast knowledge and expertise with the Sanitair executive team locally and internationally whilst continuing his research in Health Sciences and following his personal interest in International Strategic Management.

Juliana Jefferies
Director
Juliana manages the day to day administration, project management and compliance for Sanitair.
Demonstrated history of working in HVAC Hygiene remediation across all sectors. Specialising in SPOC project management in HVAC Hygiene including Indoor Air Quality Compliance to facilities that are generally not covered by traditional service contracts.
Juliana is a certified Mould Testing Technician and has received Australian accreditation from the Australian College of Environmental Studies to conduct mould assessment on your home, business, education facility, commercial or rental property.
Juliana holds a Graduate Diploma in Accounting and is currently studying for her Masters in Professional Accounting (MPA). Juliana has over 30 years’ experience in front office, reception, bookkeeping administration, project management and customer service.
Keisha is the first point of contact for Sanitair. Keisha joined the team in January 2019 and holds a CertIV in Business. Keisha has 6 years of office experience within the recruitment industry and previously worked for NovaSkill and Connect Northern Rivers.
Keisha prides herself on delivering exceptional quality-focused customer service.

Tegan manages the day-to-day bookings, customer enquiries, and Franchisee & Technician support. Tegan joined the Sanitair Team in January 2021 and has quickly adjusted to her role, with providing professional and friendly support to both staff and clients.
