Blown away with how thorough Simon was when servicing and cleaning our split system AC's. I was having really bad allergies from using the AC at night time over the past few weeks (had to stop using it altogether) from potential mould or something else in the system (even though the system had been serviced by another company only a few months ago!). Simon pulled the split system apart and deep cleaned all areas of the split system. The split system feels like brand new and have been using with no issues from allergies anymore. Thank you!

I am very pleased with the cleaning services from David. They were professional, respectful and comprehensive in their services. I noticed an immediate difference in the air quality circulating in all of the rooms after their thorough cleaning and professional service. They have gone above and beyond, even cleaning the balcony part of the A/C system and the vent next to the dryer. I could not recommend them more highly for their excellent service, respect they showed to our home through wearing indoor shoes and thorough preparation - arriving well ahead of time and confirming the day before. The service was also done with the highest efficiency and attention to detail.

This is the second year in a row that we have had our Air Con units serviced by Michael from Sanitair Cairns. I cannot recommend him and the service he provides highly enough. It’s unusual to find this consistent level of service and professionalism nowadays unfortunately. I don’t write reviews very often, but felt compelled to give praise and credit to exceptional service. I am in no doubt that having the Air Con units serviced helps the Functioning, Hygiene and longevity of them. Particularly up here in the tropics ! See you next year.
