David is very professional and efficient. From making an appointment to the actual cleaning, he was very friendly and easy to work with. As my air conditioning unit is very old (more than 20 years old), he was very careful and explained to me the pros and cons of cleaning vs getting a new unit. I am so glad I went ahead with his cleaning service as the air conditioner worked well after his service! I highly recommend his services to anyone thinking of getting their air conditioning cleaned.

Brian's team were 10 minutes early and ready to start. Fletcher and Jeremiah were friendly, attentive, polite and worked hard. They did a permium clean of our 6 airconditioners - 3 windowbox and 3 split systems. The result is remarkable and they are all running noticeably better. No mess left behind and the equipment they use ensures no marks or liquid splashes onto walls, floors or furniture. We are all extremely satisfied and will definitely contact them again next time.

Exceptional customer service from Simon...the franchise should be proud to have you on their team. Its not very often these days that you get non-obligatory, honest, good old fashioned customer service. Id contacted Simon via phone, with an abundance of questions as we'd had some smell coming out from our ducts of our AC. Simon gave great advice and options and was so very helpful without giving the hard sell or with any expectations at all. I will be definitely be reaching out to Simon for A/C cleaning (or two) soon. Brian and Sam completed a comprehensive air con clean (removed mould from one of our units) and also told us one of our units didn't need a clean and only charged us for the 2 units they cleaned. Very honest business and they do amazing work. Very thorough and friendly and will be booking them in for next year. Highly recommend if you want the job done right!

The staff at Sanitair Townsville were great. Easy to book in. Showed up on time. Good value. I booked 2 cleans and after the tech looked at my air cons he advised only one needed doing and offered to give it a quick wipe down anyway. Only got charged for one clean.
