From the initial first contact with Darren to having our reverse cycle, Air Cond cleaned and sanitised was nothing short of first-class service. Darren came out on Saturday morning and was punctual and polite. Explained and showed exactly why you should have your Air Cond cleaned properly. From my experience, 5 Star rating ☆☆☆☆☆

I am so happy with the service provided by David at Sanitair. He arrived right on time, very professional and friendly, got straight to work, covered and protected all surfaces and at the end showed me the cleaning water from the job - it was black! My air con was spotless after he’d finished. Well worth the money and so comforting to know that the air coming out of my AC unit is now clean. I highly recommend David.

Tim was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Very friendly, responsive, reliable and did a fantastic job. We thought we needed a new air conditioner because it had been fixed previously by someone else and not put back together properly. This led to the unit filling with mould. Tim cleaned and sanitized the air conditioner and ensured it had been put together properly to avoid the same problem happening again. We would highly recommend Tim to anyone.

I was recommended Darren by a couple of people that live in the same apartment complex as me and I couldn't vouch for his services more. Darren is personable, professional and has a great deal of experience as a trained plumber. I was shocked to see how much mould had built up in our unit. With a thorough clean and sanitisation, it is functioning like new. The air feels colder, fresher and it also smells so much cleaner. Tim is indeed a nice guy. He arrived earlier than expected. He is thorough and works efficiently. He cleaned 2 units in my house as well as the aircon fans as well. Darren is an absolute champion. He was the 8th person I had called to get a quote. Everyone wanted minimum $160 just to come out and tell me the price to fix my fujitsu split system. Highly recommend Darren Fox in Melbourne, explained everything perfectly, communication was awesome, got me in quick and arrived on time. But more importantly done the most comprehensive clean in a unit that was very plugged up. Runs like a new AC now and smells fresh as a daisy!

Terrific service by Martin, very knowledgeable, professional and provided sound advice. He checked all 3 split units for us, but outlined only the older one needed cleaning, impressive results after cleaned. Highly recommend him and will use him again in 12mths.

Darren is one of those rare trades that you will want to keep in your contacts for your annual aircon maintenance. I had used another service provider for the same and they were just terrible (see previous review). He gave our split system a very thorough service (it was giving a musty smell from built up mould over time), was professional, clean and above all knows his stuff! Couldn’t have ask for more and we will certainly be giving him all our future business.
