I had Joe come to my home last week. He had a look at all 3 units and let me know that only two of them actually needed a service. His honesty was so refreshing. One was a little worse for wear (the oldest unit and I don’t know when it was last serviced) so I happily upgraded to the premium clean as per his recommendation. He was friendly, on time and professional. Left my home clean and tidy and the units are working wonderfully. My two pups had no trouble with him being in the home (they sometimes can be a little untrusting). I will definitely use Sanitair again.

Darren was so thorough in cleaning our Fujitsu split system. It hadn't been done for a few years so he really got stuck into it. The difference is amazing. Napoleon came out and gave my 2 split system units their first professional clean. His work was cut out for him that's for sure. He showed me how mouldy the units were and I learned the importance of how a regular clean is a must. Our health will definitely benefit from the sanitary units now. Napoleon worked quietly, neatly and efficiently. He was very polite and will get him to come back annually!
