Very professional and friendly. David was very responsive during appointment setting and eventual booking. Arrived on time and even though there was a lot of water and going in and out of the balcony to clean the filters, he ensured our place was dry and very clean. He talked us through the process of what he was doing which was great. Aircon feels and smells so clean, even the unit outside is a lot more quiet now. Extremely happy with the service, price is great, so many inclusions for the same price as competitors who do a lot less. Will recommend for sure.

A big Thank you to Scott , we needed to have our Air-con check and clean thouroughly and Scott did the work promptly, efficiently, with no mess and within the approximate time that we were told it could take. Scott was really methodical, professional and courtuous. Our biggest concern was the possibility of cleaning stuff and water splashing around; we should not have had any concern because of Scott good preparation of the setting the cleaning tools all the surface area was well protected. The end result is our Air-con is working perfectly and seems like a new out of the box system. Thank you again.

Jim and his wife manage the Tweed Coast business. Lovely couple, who were friendly and really knowledgable about what they do. My LG ACs are quite unique, so I was impressed they were able to clean them so efficiently at such a great price as well. Will definitely be calling them again.
