Had Mark out to my home and now the business. I must confess that I was a little sceptical at first, but seeing the garbage that he cleaned out of the split system heads blew me away. I have had to turn down the units now as they work so much better when they are clean. Can only recommend the service an proffessionalism he displayed. Will be having him back now annually to both home and work.

I had two AC units cleaned. Unfortunately one of them wouldn’t work after it had been cleaned. John made excellent attempts to repair the unit but it was not able to be fixed so John organised a whole new unit to be installed completely free of charge to me. What can I say other than this has probably been the best customer service I have ever received.
