We got the premium aircon cleaning and David did a great job of cleaning our split system aircon. He cleaned the filters thoroughly and removed mould from inside the aircon that hadn't been cleaned by the previous owners in a while. See the attached picture. We can now enjoy fresh air throughout the living area.

We moved into an apartment in January which we were pleased had 4 heatpumps installed, especially with the hot weather (having just moved from Auckland!). We've always had heatpumps cleaned once a year in our previous homes so were surprised to find these ones full of mould and dirt. The smell was awful and they couldn't get the temperature below 25 on a hot day. The service we received was fantastic, with a thorough job done to clean all 4 internal units, and the external unit as well. We now have a pleasant smell when the aircon is turned on, and with temperatures close to 30 outside yesterday, we had the inside temperature down to 21.6! Thanks for a great job, and we'll see you in 12 months!

I had previously tried to clean it myself but the amount of dirt and mould that came out when David cleaned it was surprising. No more musty smell & it is running more quietly. I have had a cheaper local company clean my 5 Air conditioners in the past for a great price and now I truly believe that old saying "you get what you pay for". Ross spent all day on my aircons and they look and smell like new.
