Highly recommend Sanitair Cairns for the top level of service provided. My AC's are sparkling and fresh after a premium hydrovac clean performed and the air flow smells so nice now. Impressed with the added touch of air freshener added to the unit following the clean aswell. The staff were very friendly and informative also giving me extra tips on maintenance requirements and answering my questions. I'll be definitely using your services again in future 🙂

My air con had developed a strong mold smell upon turning it on which was concerning for health reasons. My other A/C was full of pet hair, causing the reasonably new unit under delivering cool air. Having the clean was so worth while as it's amazing the difference for both units. Love it when there's good communication, on time booking arrivals and someone who does the job well. Cheers

The lady that works here is great and is a really lovely vibe, love to walk in and visit her. But absolutely did not like or enjoy any interaction with the man upstairs that was doing tarot card reading. Me and my friend got a 25 min reading a while ago together and he made us feel very uncomfortable with his vibe and the topics of his personal life he chose to overshare. Not worth the cheap price. Left us feeling very uneasy and made some inappropriate claims/assumptions about my background and family. Was unprofessional and a bit creepy to be honest - felt like he had some weird stances on gender and queerness that he projected onto our readings. Was super disappointing. Would love to see a woman here doing psychic or tarot readings

This was the dirtiest air con, high up. Matt did a brilliant job. Too high up for us to climb a ladder safely. I was worried before it was cleaned, that it would start a fire. Plus it was not running smoothly. Now, it is like new. This is a genuine review. Booking you yearly Matt!

I would give this guy (Mahem) 10 stars if I could! He SERIOUSLY did an amazing job and takes so much pride in his work. He is fussy to almost extreme! (It's so hard to find someone to do any type of work/job that actually does the job right!) Mahem goes overboard to make sure things are done right the 1st time. I'm more than happy to share my experience with him cleaning my split system air conditioner yesterday, (5/2/25) and I'll probably be recommending him forever. (I used to be a Service Manager and appreciate & know great service when I get it) Just keep doing what you're doing now Mahem and you can't possibly go wrong!
