I am still coming to grips with what I saw and what came out of my air conditioner. Wow and to think we were breathing that all in. ! Darren from Sanitair was recommended to me by a family member. He was a pleasure to deal with from the onset. Polite helpful and punctual. A true pro in every sense, pulled my air airconditioner apart and made it all brand new again. It runs better and no more yucky smells. Should have done this way earlier. Have booked him in again for our business aircons. Very reasonable price for what he does, considering the cost of a new aircon. Would highly recommend Darren :)

Martin & Chelsea were very personable, courteous, friendly, helpful & so professional & knowledgeable about my Aircon & Aircooler. They covered my furniture to protect it & cleaned & serviced both in a very efficient & competent manner & even detected an issue with my Aircooler that I wasn't aware of & kindly fixed that also. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Both my Aircon & Aircooler are working so much more efficiently now, are less noisy & so much cooler. The online booking process was so easy & then they promptly contacted me to book a day & time to come & sent a friendly reminder the day before. They communicated so politely & well with me on the day, both just before they arrived & again after to thank me for choosing their business & to check if I was happy with the service. It was affordable & having the Eftpos payment option was great too. I was extremely happy & impressed with the high quality & professional customer service that Martin & Chelsea provided & from this experience, it was obvious to me that they care & are passionate about offering their customers an excellent & personalised service. As someone with lung issues, it's so reassuring to know that I will now be breathing in much cleaner & healthier air thanks to their expertise. Darren is a gentleman and a professional, we've had two split system serviced and cleaned by him now and not only has he been a pleasure to deal with but the difference in our system before and after has been night and day!!! They run quieter, cooler and hotter. It feels like they're brand new. I'm actually looking forward to getting him out to clean them again in 12 months. If you aren't getting your split system cleaned by Darren get on it now!
