I just had another experience that deserves a 5 star review. I had a young man from Sanitair by the name of Jonah who came and cleaned our air conditioners. He did a great job, did not rush and was very thorough. I am generally cautious about people coming into our home but Jonah was respectful, honest and pleasant. Well done. Highly recommended.

Mahen arrived as arranged and did an an amazing job on our Fujitsu Split Systems. We didn’t think they were too bad but it’s amazing the dirt that came out from the coils. I was very impressed with how Mahen prepared and conducted the clean to ensure there was no mess and left everything as it was. Mahen was also very gracious in answering all of my inquisitive questions. Thanks once again Mahen.

We had Jonah from Sanitair Tweed come out to us today to sort out a leaky bedroom AC. Honestly, what a rock star. It wasn’t a typical clean (we already had it cleaned 6 months ago), and he went above and beyond trying to figure out exactly what the issue was. 5 stars, really lovely guy, happily explained how to prevent any issues going forward. And he also listened to what I had to say re: the things we already tried when attempting to fix the leak. He took me through the diagnosis step-by-step and let me know to keep him in the loop if it happened again.

I'm not a customer, but my in-laws are. I'm not sure what "Kieren" did on the 4th of April but it certainly was not a service. Mother in law stated musky hot air from a/c, so today, 29/5/25, I went to have a look. Both filters were clogged, evaporator had cobwebs across it and mould buildup, the line that runs around the wall behind the cover was mm's thick of dust, this is all indicative of years of buildup. She noted the outside unit was "running loud" also, and again, from the photos this has not had a condenser wash in years. She stated it has been turned on and maximum of 5 times since the 4/4/25 "service". Absolutely poor form and I would not recommend this company in any regard.

Our household was suffering with bad air conditioning for about a year. We tried almost every DIY remedy but couldn't fix it ourself. Thank goodness for David who had the right equipment and techniques to rid my air-conditioning of the awful smell. I would highly recommend their services if you're struggling with bad air conditioner odur. My wife and I are extremely now that we can enjoy our air conditioning again.
