Got contacted to service aircon with mould problem. Mould still visible after cleaning. Technician said this is normal for his work standard. ADDED REPLY: The technician had the same aggressive, defensive attitude as the owner, I can see it's a company culture. Instead of reflection and doing a better job, they think they can intimidate and discredit the customer. People nowadays have more than one email account and if you take into consideration that more than one person in the household, would you have everyone's name and email? They're just using the 'not on my record' excuse to worm their way out of responsibility. Shame

Terrible job of cleaning. Used only toothbrush. Mould still visible. Technician said is normal. Unprofessional. Added in reply: Just because this is not same email or full name used for booking doesn't mean this is FAKE REVIEW. Also shouting doesn't make problems or mould go away. The fact is your Chatswood technician did only use toothbrush and left my aircon looking as per photo after he left.

Great customer service by Hari and Sanitair!! I needed our Panasonic split system air conditioner cleaned as it was long overdue and I rang and they came out the very next day!! He advised a deep clean service as it had never been cleaned before as I explained that when I often turned on the unit it would start making a funny noise and give off a slight musty smell. Now, no smell, no noise, it's now super clean and it honestly looks brand new !! Should've booked this a long time ago. I couldn't believe my eyes how dirty and filthy it was inside the unit and after when he showed me how disgusting and filthy the bucket was! I honestly couldn't believe it !!! Highly recommended Sanitair service. Very professional and friendly. Thankyou Hari and the Sanitair team !
