A huge miscommunication along the line meant that I had the incorrect air con cleaned (they in fact cleaned the one I was completely replacing). Company refused to come back and clean the correct one, even though I specified which one to do in the initial booking. Will never use their services again.

Excellent service from David (Chatswood) and Grace; on time, friendly and professional. My apartment came with a very dirty, mouldy split system air conditioner, but after a very thorough clean it looks brand new. David even checked that I would be ok with the scent of the spray he was about to use on the coils. I couldn't believe the filth that came out of it and am so glad I had the service in time for summer. Not only did they do a great job cleaning the system, they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Absolutely would recommend.
