I have been using Sanitair for many years now. I get them to come yearly to clean my air conditioners. Tanya & Allan do a great job and are very honest and reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending them and their business.

Organised to have my aircon cleaned. Service person ended up being late, so we agreed to push back an hour later. I had very little communication about them running late again and in the end, they did not even show up. Sent an email and organised again to come this morning. Once again, they did not show up. I wasted so much time trying to get my aircon unit cleaned and took a day off work for the service. I am absolutely appalled and ended up with nothing.

Simon was honest about processes and that what we wanted was not worth paying someone to come out and that we could clean it ourselves easily, and he was right! Cleaned what we needed in less than 20 minutes. Found this refreshing as many companies with give expensive quotes without seeing in person. Will definitely book with him in the future when we do have a large job to complete!

Moved into an apartment and AC was smelling quite bad, with summer coming up decided to give a call. Simon showed up on time the next day and gave the indoor unit a thorough clean inside and out. Unreal to see the things that comes out of it, will definitely use Sanitair again if the unit needs a clean down the track. Definitely worth it.
